01. Inquiry & Consult
The design process begins with a design call and questionnaire. In the daydreaming stage of my fine-tuned approach, this call allows me to get to know you and listen to your story, your passions, and your vision for your wedding. These subtle details inspire your bespoke invitations and ensure your love story is reflected in the final designs.
02. Design Call
Your personalized lookbook is curated to highlight the aesthetics, inspiration, and details of your wedding. I begin by developing your color palette and the initial design concepts, sketching artwork, confirming wording, and selecting calligraphy styles.
03. Lookbook
After you approve the lookbook, I immerse myself in the design process, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision. Each proof includes a realistic mockup of your final suite showcasing your paper and print selections and selected embellishments. The highly collaborative review process includes three rounds of revisions, with opportunities to make specific and detailed adjustments to the design.
04. Design
Once you are completely satisfied with the design, your invitations are put into production. Production takes a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks. You can relax knowing I manage deadlines, order supplies, and work with trusted vendors to keep your project on track.
05. Production
As a full-service stationer, I handle assembly, postage, and the hand-canceling of your invitations at my local Post Office, ensuring every step of the process is flawlessly executed. All couples are gifted a keepsake copy of their invitations in an heirloom linen box and a photographer’s set to ensure their wedding gallery includes those beautiful detail shots.
06. Mailing
I understand that each couple's invitation needs differ, so I offer individual quotes for each couple. Submit an inquiry to receive a custom proposal.
I take on a limited number of events each year for custom invitations, which allows me the creative space to produce my best work. The average Lupine couple invests 6-8% of their wedding budget, or around $6,000 - $8,000. The minimum required investment is $3,500.

Timelines vary due to several factors, including availability. For this reason, I recommend you inquire as soon as you’ve set your wedding date and booked your venue. Set aside 8-12 weeks for the custom design process.
How long do custom wedding invitations take?
As a full-service stationery studio, I offer all my clients complimentary assembly and mailing services. I consult with my local post office on the required postage amount and hand-deliver every envelope to the post office for hand-canceling. However, due to the nature of the postal system, there is always the risk that items will be lost, delayed, returned, or damaged in the process.
Do you mail our invitations for us?
Yes, provided I designed your wedding invitations, I can create day-of pieces to match your wedding invitation suite for a well-branded event. Wedding day stationery is a separate project and billed once your wedding invitations are complete. I recommend booking day-of items 6-8 weeks before your wedding date.
