Send me your materials or wedding envelopes with the return address pre-printed on the flap as well as a digital file with your guest addresses collected using our pre-approved template. Alternatively, calligraphy services can be added to any custom suite. I request 20% more envelopes than the number being addressed be supplied to account for any mistakes and last-minute changes or guest list additions.
What’s the process?

Wedding invitations are typically mailed 6-8 weeks before the wedding. Turnaround time for wedding envelope calligraphy is 2-3 weeks, depending on my schedule, plus shipping time. To ensure availability, I recommend contacting me at least one to two months in advance of when you will need your order. Depending on my current workload, rush orders may be accommodated. A 30% rush fee may apply.
When should I book my calligrapher?

I require a starting minimum of $350 for all calligraphy services. A 50% non-refundable deposit for your wedding calligraphy services is due at time of booking to secure your spot on my calendar. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before your order is shipped.
When is payment due?

I keep black, white, dove gray, and gold ink colors in stock. If you are looking for a custom color, ink colors can be custom mixed to match your wedding colors. Since mixing is done by hand & human sight, colors may not be a 100% match.
