We host our site on a reputable platform and take reasonable efforts to maintain and host the site. Availability

We cannot guarantee that the papers, envelopes or embellishments displayed on our website will be available from our suppliers, particularly during peak seasons. If your selections are unavailable we will notify you and present you with alternative options of the same quality. To ensure paper availability we work with a number of paper suppliers whose product aesthetic may vary slightly from the example photos on our website.

Our services are offered on a first come, first served basis. Occasionally, we may become fully booked and unable to accept new orders. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your place in our production schedule.

Refunds & Payment Collection

You agree to pay for all products and/or services purchased through this site and that Lupine Letters LLC may charge your payment method for any products and/or services purchased and for any additional amounts including taxes. You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing Lupine Letters LLC with a valid payment method.

We use the latest software to encrypt your personal information automatically while in transit over the Internet. Products and/or services are available for purchase through the highly secured payment processors Wave Apps, Paypal, Stripe and Square. These third party processors provide supreme safety and reliability in your transaction. They monitor every transaction, 24/7 to prevent against fraud, email phishing, identity theft, and general displeasure. Every transaction is heavily guarded behind their next-level encryption.

Custom work: Due to the handwritten quality of all our work, we do not offer refunds on any orders. With hand lettering, it is common for there to be variances in the spacing, size and style of letters. Calligraphy is an art and no two handwritten pieces can be identical. Although we do not offer refunds, we will gladly redo any reasonable discrepancies.  Custom work must be reviewed within 48 hours of delivery. If within 48 hours of delivery, and at the sole discretion of Lupine Letters LLC, reasonable requests for revision will be considered.  If there is a printing error made on our part, we will either reprint the paper goods or provide a credit for the misprint. If there is an error with the wording that was approved by the client, the costs of reprinting must be covered by the client. ​

Lupine Letters LLC​ reserves the right to charge 1.5% interest per day upon any outstanding sum left unpaid on or after 30 calendar days from due date.  After 60 days of outstanding payment, Lupine Letters LLC reserves the right to send you to collections, upon which you will owe the total amount of any outstanding payments plus any collection costs including reasonable attorney’s fees.

Social Media

Lupine Letters LLC may post photos at its discretion of daily work on social media platforms. Client/guest personal information will not be shared & any items showing specific details {i.e. an actual save-the-date or invitation} will not be shared until after the event date.

Entire Agreement

Before you register with our website or make any purchases therefrom, you will be asked to consent to our Privacy Policy. If you have consented, or once you do consent, the terms of the Privacy Policy together with these Terms and Conditions, the information contained herein constitutes the entire agreement between site users and our company relating to the use of this website.
