A collaborative process that leads to luxurious, yet personal wedding stationery designs.

Congratulations on your engagement! As you embark on the exciting journey of wedding planning, one of the most meaningful and creative aspects you’ll encounter is designing your wedding invitations. At Lupine Letters, I understand that finding the right stationery artist for your luxury wedding can be overwhelming. I’m here to guide you through the process and show you why working with me is an unforgettable experience.
Why Lupine Letters?
One of the key aspects that sets Lupine Letters apart is my commitment to quality and exclusivity. I limit my custom wedding clients to just 2 per month. Why? Because I believe in dedicating my full attention and creativity to each couple. I want to ensure that your stationery is a true reflection of your love and style. By focusing on quality over quantity, I create designs that are nothing short of extraordinary.
But that’s not all – you’re not just hiring a stationery designer; you’re gaining access to a multi-talented artist. I merge my love for calligraphy, watercolor artistry, and illustration to bring your vision to life. Every detail, from the delicate strokes of calligraphy to the vivid colors of watercolor, is meticulously crafted to perfection.

The Custom Design Process
At Lupine Letters, my refined process means you can relax, knowing that the details are all handled and the final product will be simply perfect. So you spend less time stressing the small stuff and more time celebrating the beauty of your engagement season!
1. Inquiry & Complimentary Consultation:
Each couple has unique needs for their wedding day. Following your inquiry and complimentary consultation, you will receive a custom proposal outlining the scope of work and tailored to your vision. A 50% deposit is due to secure your spot on my calendar.
2. Design Call
The design process begins with a design call and questionnaire. In the daydreaming stage of my fine-tuned approach, this call allows me to get to know you and listen to your story, your passions, and your vision for your wedding. These subtle details inspire your bespoke invitations and ensure your love story is reflected in the final designs.
3. Wedding Invitation Lookbook
Your personalized lookbook is curated to highlight the aesthetics, inspiration, and details of your wedding. I begin by developing your color palette and the initial design concepts, sketching artwork, confirming wording, and selecting calligraphy styles.
4. Design
After you approve the lookbook, I immerse myself in the design process, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision. Each proof includes a realistic mockup of your final suite showcasing your paper and print selections and selected embellishments. The highly collaborative review process includes three rounds of revisions, with opportunities to make specific and detailed adjustments to the design.
5. Production
Once you are completely satisfied with the design, your invitations are put into production. Production takes a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks. You can relax knowing I manage deadlines, order supplies, and work with trusted vendors to keep your project on track.
6. Quality Assurance and Assembly
Upon receiving your final pieces from our printers, every element is inspected by hand to ensure they meet our high-quality standards. One of the perks of working with a full-service stationery studio is the option of having our team assemble your invitations for mailing. This includes lining envelopes, applying wax seals, stuffing envelopes, tying ribbon, adhering postage, and sealing envelopes. All custom wedding invitation projects receive free assembly and mailing services if desired.
7. Mailing
For those clients with demanding lives outside of planning a wedding, mailing services are a white glove offering to take advantage of. We will deliver your invitations to the post office for hand canceling and ensure they are turned over to our local team of postal workers. For an additional fee, I will even deliver the invitations to Loving, Texas, to be hand-canceled at their local post office. Another romantic detail!
